About Me

Hi my name is Kim. I am a certified NASM personal trainer and soon to be MAC Uni Nutritionist. I always had a bad body image growing up which led to a poor relationship with food and exercise. It left me on a mission to improve my quality of life by changing my mindset. I now assist helping others find balance so they can live the life they dreamed of. I am passionate in coaching in the areas of mindset, fitness and exercise with a special interest in infertility and hormones.
